The 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon Ano Cero was a third aged for 10 months. A mild garnet red in hue. The nose presents clear, enticing notes of blackcurrant with hints of herb and green pepper along with licorice and a little spice. On the palate, it's juicy with a fairly smooth texture and slightly compact flow that delivers plenty of red fruit flavor. This wine is a cool climate Cabernet.

A lithe and accessible version, with loam and herb shadings to the cherry pastry and plum core. Concludes with hints of espresso bean. Drink now. 3,500 cases made, 2,450 cases imported.
