Amber color, brilliant. The noise is intense, with aromas of candied fruits (apricot, date), fines spices (vanilla, pepper) and creme brulee, caramel candy. Very fine. We feel again this finesse and freshness on the palate, thanks to very similar aromas on those in the nose, plus aniseed notes. Very long.

Domaine de Salié is in the village of le Frêche, in the heart of the 'Grand Bas Armagnac' area, near the terroirs of Domaine de Pinas, Jouatmaou, Coquillon and Guillemouta. For the last decade or so, Gilles Sarraute has been looking after the vines and turned to organic farming in 2008.
