Coming all from estate fruit and 100% Chardonnay, the NV Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs Brut Nuit Blanche was brought up all in tank and aged three years in bottle. It has a lively bouquet of caramelized lemon and orchard fruits to go with a medium-bodied, layered, elegant style on the palate. With beautiful minerality, more toast and white flower notes with time in the glass, a layered, rounded texture, and outstanding length, this is a serious bottle of Champagne.

A pretty bouquet of crisp, delicately buttered orchard fruit, white flowers and blanched almonds introduces the NV Brut Grand Cru Nuit Blanche, a medium to full-bodied, elegantly textural wine with a deep core of fruit, ripe but firm acids and a tight-knit core, concluding with a chalky finish. It's 100% Chardonnay, and it was disgorged in September 2017.
