The 2021 Pinot Noir shows brilliant clarity and a light mahogany red color with cherry and pomegranate aromas and flavors brimming from the glass. Earthy notes weave around the fruit with mushroom, black tea, and hints of white pepper along the edge. The wine is light-bodied and plush with balanced acidity and soft tannins that concludes in a bright, mouthwatering finish. It will mellow and age nicely for three to five years after release.
