The 2019 Pinot Grigio is a fresh and lifted expression of the variety. Here I'm finding white flowers and smoke with hints of apple, pear and ginger. In the mouth, it's quite feminine and subtle, with ripe orchard fruits and inner florals which amass toward the close. The cheeks pucker, as residual acids make themselves felt, leaving salty minerals to slowly fizzle out.
