The 2019 Chianti Classico Riserva I Colli is a bold, juicy wine. There's a bit more oak sweetness and volume here than in most of the other wines, but it's a style that works well. Sweet tobacco, cedar, licorice, mint and spice fill out the layers nicely. All the elements are nicely balanced.
