Deep bright cherry red colour, clean with garnet rim. On the nose it shows great balance and ripe fruit followed by fresh hints of noble oak. Structured and elegant tannins accompanied by sweet, aniseed-like notes for an intense and long finish. The perfect accompaniment to red grilled or barbequed meats, stews and slightly chilly dishes. Fresh yet complex pairs beautifully with a broad range of cheeses.
