Finlandia Vodka is born from the finest six-row barley, kept clean and pure by the harsh Finnish winters and then nourished gently during the summer by the generous midnight sun. It is then refined by our state-of-the-art continuous distillation process, with more than 200 distillation steps, leaving no impurities, thus requiring no filtering. This refined spirit is then blended with pure, untouched glacial spring water. From nature to bottle, nowhere along the way do we alter the water, to create a crisp and naturally pure vodka.

Ferrari-Carano Anderson Valley Pinot Noir 2014This delicious Ferrari-Carano Pinot Noir comes from our three ranches in Anderson Valley, Mendocino County. Aromas of pretty raspberry, cherry, pomegranate, a touch of rose petal, and cola notes fill the senses followed by vibrant flavors of red fruits that jump out on the front palate, while the mid-palate turns to blackberry, plum and spice notes. The finish is fruit driven with lingering flavors of cherry and a spicy touch of toast. A velvety texture and bright acidity create a naturally- balanced wine.

Maker's Mark Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whisky 1.75LWe believe Maker's Mark is the only bourbon distillery to use pure, iron-free limestone spring water exclusively, not city, well or river water. Our source is a 10-acre limestone spring-fed lake at the distillery. We are very choosy about selecting the grains that go into our whisky. First, we use yellow corn and red winter wheat from specially selected small farm cooperatives, all of which are located within the limestone geology near the distillery. This wheat gives our whisky its soft, mellow taste. And we only use naturally malted barley (that has no enzyme enhancing gibberellic acid).When our grain is delivered, we check it from top to bottom. If it does not meet our rigid standards the shipment is not accepted. And this really does happen from time to time. We are among the few remaining bourbon distillers that propagates its own yeast for fermentation with cultures that we can trace back to the pre-prohibition era. We also use the traditional sour mash method, similar to making sourdough bread, where we always leave over some culture from one batch to start another. Our rare cypress fermentation tanks are historically irreplaceable. Some of the planks are more than 100 years old. Cypress was chosen for fermentation before modern stainless steel was available because it didn't contribute iron or taste to the final product. While we don't believe that cypress affects the process in any way, we continue to use some of these fermenters to give our visitors a sense of how the process used to look. Maker's Mark is currently the only operating bourbon distillery to make whisky in batches of less than 19 barrels -- the traditional standard for small-batch whisky.

A groundbreaking combination of varietals and multiple vintages first produced in 1982, this wine has blazed the path for red blends for decades.
Lionello Marchesi Poggio Alla Sughere Sangiovese 2015The most famous and most noble Tuscan grape is Sangiovese - used to make all the most important wines, either "pure" or in combination with other grape varieties. The Poggio alle Sughere vineyards at Magliano in Toscana produce Sangiovese grapes vinified "pure" - leaving the must on the skins for ten-twelve days and refining the wine for several months in small oak barrels. This wine has a rather intense ruby red colour and an impressive bouquet with hints of ripe cherries. The warm, dry and well-balanced taste means that this wine is an ideal accompaniment for various meat, fish, pasta and rice dishes.
