Domaine du Caillou Côtes du Rhône 2016This wine presents a red vermeil color in the slightly ruby reflections. We can smell on the nose some aromas of raspberry and crushed strawberry crushed, supported by some cherry notes. The mouth is round, ample, offering a delightful drinkability, maintained by a lot of sweetness and licorice liqueur aromas. Food Pairing: Lamb kabob - Duck magret on the grill.

Jane Eyre Savigny Les Beaune Les Vergelesses 2015100% Pinot Noir. Selected (purchased) grapes from premier cru vineyard ‘Les Vergelesses,’ facing southeast. Soils combine limestone marl and sand. Vine age 15-50 years. Hand-harvested. Mostly destemmed (20% whole cluster). Fermented on indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tank. Aged in French oak barrels (25% new) for 12 months. Bottled unfined and unfiltered, with minimal sulfur addition.
