Coming from the Demeter-certified Momtazi Vineyard, this wine is very reduced out of the gate, with notes of tire rubber and rubber band that cause significant distraction. Hay notes are behind that. It's a shame as pleasing, fuller bodied black-tea, blood orange and hay flavors are pleasing.
