Ohishi Whisky is distilled entirely from rice and aged in either Brandy or Sherry Casks. Appearance of sienna with a deep amber lip. Aromas of maple syrup, brown sugar, marzipan. Structured, dry, black peppercorn, minerality buffered with hint flambéed banana. Finish is slightly grassy, coriander, orange pith, chocolate.
