Our Tennessee Straight Rye Whiskey is made from 100% rye grain which imparts a spicier flavor to the whiskey. The rye is allowed to ferment past its full conversion allowing a fruity characteristic to come through to soften the boldness of the spice. The nose is rich maple aroma, fresh tarragon, flowering thyme and fresh baked snickerdoodles. Beautiful herbal notes of fresh thyme, coating, rye forward on the palate. The finish is an herbal explosion, long and evolving with flavors of spearmint, rye and candied apples.
