Matua Sauvignon Blanc 2017Here at Matua, Sauvignon Blanc is pretty special. That's because back in 1974, we produced NZ's very first Sauvignon Blanc. 10 years later, we were making it in Marlborough. Now, Marlborough Sauvy is world famous for its unique, fresh flavours. For this wine, we've chosen grapes from across Marlborough, giving you the best crisp and tropical flavours Marlborough has to offer all in one sip!

The Prisoner Wine Company Blindfold White 2015Created to provide the perfect white wine companion to The Prisoner, Blindfold is equally bold and intriguing. The wine is nicely balanced and would be an excellent choice for any meal or evening. Enjoy white Pinot Noir on its own as an aperitif, or pair it with meals like shrimp scampi, poached salmon in a cream sauce, or other slightly rich dishes.
Neyers 304 Chardonnay 2016We call this wine Chardonnay '304' because of the use of food grade 304 stainless steel vs french oak barrels for fermentation and storage. A portion of the wine was fermented in a concrete tank to add richness and bring out the minerality in the wine. There was continuous lees contact used in this unique fermentation process. It pairs with everything from a plate of oysters to a crisp roast chicken.
J Vineyards & Winery California Pinot Gris 2017Our J California Pinot Gris delights with notes of candied pineapple, lemongrass, white peach and jasmine. This wine is fruit forward with ripe flavors of Anjou pear, yellow apple and lime. The palate is complex with notes of orange blossom and a sliver of minerality. A crisp acidity and layers of fruit flavors make this wine a great pairing for manchego cheese with a peach chutney, chilled melon gazpacho, or a J favorite of pineapple brown butter sauce over scallops.
Willamette Valley Vineyards Riesling 2017Aroma: This semi-sweet wine opens with luscious aromatics of citrus, stonefruit, and honeysuckle. Mouth Feel: The mouthfeel is juicy with bright acidity that activates the palate and displays flavors of peach, tangerine, pear and nectar. The finish is wonderfully persistent with a balance of sweetness and refreshing crispness. Food Pairing: Serve well-chilled and allow to warm in your glass for optimal enjoyment of aromas and flavors. Perfect as an aperitif or as an ideal pairing to spicy Asian dishes, seafood and rich cheeses. This wine is versatile enough for dessert pairings like fruit tarts or savory options like blue cheese creme brulee.
