Manzanilla sherries, which are generally matured in bodegas by the sea, often take on a singular sharp and even salty tang. Manzanillas are pale in color and moderately dry in taste. Osborne Manzanilla should be served chilled. Osborne Manzanilla, the lightest of the Osborne sherries, is a young, very delicate wine with a tangy flavor. This sherry may be served with hors d'oeuvres as well as with dishes such as spicy chicken wings and cold shellfish.
