The Non-Vintage Reserva Heredad is made entirely from 2006 fruit, Macabeo 67% and Parellada 33%. It is essentially a vintage selection of the best fruit from a given year. Mineral, smoked nuts, green apple, and floral notes inform the nose leading to a crisp, refreshing, nicely proportioned Cava that will provide pleasure for another 1-2 years.

This firm Cava leads off with a streak of petrol and spice, followed by more subtle Gala apple, honey and lemon curd flavors. A focused version, with a racy finish. Drink now through 2019.

Briny citrus aromas sit side by side with notes of celery stalk and tropical fruits. This brut is simple in feel, with a mild to flat bubble bead. Dry, lightly bready flavors of white fruits and vanilla are a bit toasty on the finish.
