The taste is decisive and full, with a piquant sensation in the initial phase that exalts its herb-like and aromatic component. If preserved under the right conditions - room temperature and little light - it will maintain these particular components in time (more than 12 months). It is especially indicated to be used uncooked on vegetables, salads, soups and grilled meats or simply on toasted wholemeal bread.
