Spring-like aromas of a fresh-cut lawn and day lilies, joined by lime zest and a touch of loam, are quite pleasant. The wine's crisp texture matches its dominant flavors of tonic water on the rocks with a lemon twist. There's some fruit here in the form of a pear galette sprinkled with toasted filberts and nutmeg.
