Luxardo Marasche al Frutto Maraschino Cherries 300ml Bottle
The "Luxardo Marasche al frutto" are cherries candied with marasca syrup, a fruit cultivated and processed by Luxardo for distilling its renowned Maraschino, and for preparing, by infusion, the marasca liqueur named Sangue Morlacco. The percentage of Marasche al frutto in the jar is about 50%, and so is the percentage of syrup. No thickening agents of any type and no preservatives are used. Colour: deep red. Characteristics: It has a characteristic sourish taste, typical of the marasca (an acidulous cherry variety). Serving suggestions: Taste it neat. Use it for garnishing gateaux, creams, ice-cream cakes, on-plate desserts, and ice creams.

Dolin Vermouth de Chambery RougeBrilliant amber robe with glints of copper. Very pleasant nose of fruit compote, prune and walnut, with a slightly grassy note tempered by the spicy notes of cinnamon, vanilla and szechwan pepper. On the palate, complex aroma of almond and fruit pit, citrus, pear and cinnamon, with notes of spice cake and tobacco, then violet, oregano and hyssop. A subtle base of bitterness underlies this rich bouquet.
Hayman's Sloe GinA rich, ruby red liqueur. Bitter sweet red fruit flavours. Hints of almonds. Hayman's Sloe Gin is a traditional English liqueur made to a long standing family recipe. Wild hand-picked sloe berries, a type of wild plum, are handpicked in the Autumn after the first frosts from the Blackthorn Tree. The early frosts lock in the vital sugary plum notes that define Hayman's Sloe Gin. The sloe berries are gently steeped for several months with Hayman's Gin before blended with natural sugars. The final blend is a rich ruby red liqueur bursting with smooth and intense bitter sweet fruit flavours. Sloe Gin has been a popular drink from the 19th Century onwards as a digestive and winter warmer and was a required bar item during the first cocktail era in the 1880s.
Lamberti Extra Dry ProseccoWith a straw color, the wine has a clean flavor with natural residual sugar and an aromatic aftertaste. Food Match: White meats, fish, Asian cuisine.

High West Distillery American Prairie - Busters Barrel PickStaff Selected. Each Barrel Select is adorned with a brass tag, paying homage to Park City's mining heritage. In coal and silver mines around Park City, miners would each be assigned a brass number tag, which they would take into the mines each morning and hang up on a tag board each night. This way, the miners could keep track of who was still down below.
Luxardo Sangue Morlacco Cherry LiqueurA liqueur of marasca cherries (a sour cherry variety exclusively cultivated by Luxardo) - a variant of cherry brandy. Colour: Dark red. Aroma: Intense, inebriating perfume of marasca. Taste: Good body, very rounded on the palate. Quite different from normal cherry-brandies, both through the intensity of the cherry's typical taste (here decidedly enhanced), and through the surprising expansion of the after-taste, which makes it priceless when combined with pure chocolate.
