The Prieuré de Saint Céols Blackcurrant liqueur is produced exclusively from "noir de bourgogne" variety currants grown only on the domain. It features a concentration of 800 g/liter. Its intense flavor will surprise you leaving you with the sensation of eating a perfect ripe fruit. This flavor is expressed fully when drinking the liqueur as a digestive (or over ice) or as a Kir or Kir royal. It can also be used to flavor your desserts, sherbets, charlottes etc. Try it over cantaloupe or use it in sauces served with game.
