The juicy and varietal 2022 Organic Malbec is fruit-driven and clean and expressive of ripe berries, flowers and herbs, with moderate ripeness and 14% alcohol. They do short macerations and try to extract fruit. This matured in stainless steel for three months. 500,000 bottles produced. They bottle this throughout the year from a single master blend.
