An intense ruby red colour. Fresh and fruit-driven aroma, with overtones of blackberry and ripe cherry. On the palate it is warm and elemental; it has a rich structure outlined by refined tannins and length. It is easy to pair with dishes of different types, mixed appetizers, quiches, flat-breads and pizzas, soups, grilled or baked vegetables, noodles and ravioli, salads, white and red meats, fish, cheeses, cold cuts, cakes, ice cream and fresh fruit.
