It is a distinctive blend of the five Bordeaux varietals - Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Petit Verdot and Malbec - plus a touch of Syrah that delivers velvety tannins, fine aromatics, and length. Baby Blue is approachable and delicious on release and a perfect complement to a wide range of foods such as grilled salmon, pork tenderloin, or pasta. Tasting Notes: Blackberry, blueberry, black currant and anise wrapped within a velvety texture. Beautifully balanced and delicious!
