Skyy Vodka 1.75LFor an exceptionally clean taste, a lot goes in to taking things out. Quadruple distilled and triple filtered, it's truly pure enjoyment. A blank canvas for the cocktail artist. The original fresh, clean spirit that started it all.
Finlandia Vodka 1.75LFinlandia Vodka is born from the finest six-row barley, kept clean and pure by the harsh Finnish winters and then nourished gently during the summer by the generous midnight sun. It is then refined by our state-of-the-art continuous distillation process, with more than 200 distillation steps, leaving no impurities, thus requiring no filtering. This refined spirit is then blended with pure, untouched glacial spring water. From nature to bottle, nowhere along the way do we alter the water, to create a crisp and naturally pure vodka.
Four Roses Yellow Label Bourbon 1.75LA worldwide favorite, especially when creating mixed drinks with a sophisticated, contemporary flare. Smooth, mellow with a unique, long finish. Nose: Pear and light fruitiness, floral, gentle spice, honey. Palate: Crisp, yet soft & smooth, fresh fruit, hints of apple. Finish: Soft & smooth.
Jack Daniel's Black Label Old No. 7 1.75LWe do things a little differently around here - and that's what gives Jack Daniel's its distinctive character. We charcoal mellow our whiskey drop by drop, then let it age in our own handcrafted barrels. And we don't follow a calendar. Our Tennessee Sippin' Whiskey is ready only when our tasters say it is. We use our senses, just like Jack Daniel himself did. In fact, more than a century later, our Tennessee Whiskey is still judged the same way. By the way it looks. By the way it smells. And, of course, by the way it tastes.
Ketel One Vodka 1.75LFragrance: Nosing Ketel One Vodka will return hints of citrus and honey. Flavor: After a sip of Ketel One Vodka, you'll taste a crisp, unmistakable coolness. Feel: Ketel One Vodka generously and smoothly coats the tongue. Finish: The finish of Ketel One Vodka leaves a lively tingle, reminding you of its quality.
Dewar's White Label Blended Scotch Whisky 1.75LWe blend up to 40 of Scotland's finest single malt and grain whiskies to create Dewar's White Label. Each is hand picked to create this full, round whisky. Our first master blender started this process one hundred years ago. It's how we made it then. It's how me make it now. Colour: Clear golden honey. Nose: A perfectly balanced blend of Scottish heather and honey, with delicate notes of unripened pear and a hint of oak. Palate: A delightful blend of soft vanilla with honey and blooming heather, well rounded with a slight smoky sensation emerging. Body: Medium and smooth. Finish: Medium finish, slightly dry with lingering heather/honey overtones, and the faintest touch of smoke.
Jameson Irish Whiskey 1.75LJameson Irish Whiskey is triple distilled to deliver twice the smoothness. But there is a little more to this precise craft, it's also about getting the perfect balance right. The balance between just the right amount of malted and un-malted barley to give a natural barley flavor. Balancing the exact proportions of triple distilled Pot Still Whiskeys and then triple distilled Grain Whiskeys to deliver exceptional smoothness. Balance the sweet, nutty flavour from Sherry casks with the toasted wood and vanilla notes from Bourbon casks.
Maker's Mark Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whisky 1.75LWe believe Maker's Mark is the only bourbon distillery to use pure, iron-free limestone spring water exclusively, not city, well or river water. Our source is a 10-acre limestone spring-fed lake at the distillery. We are very choosy about selecting the grains that go into our whisky. First, we use yellow corn and red winter wheat from specially selected small farm cooperatives, all of which are located within the limestone geology near the distillery. This wheat gives our whisky its soft, mellow taste. And we only use naturally malted barley (that has no enzyme enhancing gibberellic acid). When our grain is delivered, we check it from top to bottom. If it does not meet our rigid standards the shipment is not accepted. And this really does happen from time to time. We are among the few remaining bourbon distillers that propagates its own yeast for fermentation with cultures that we can trace back to the pre-prohibition era. We also use the traditional sour mash method, similar to making sourdough bread, where we always leave over some culture from one batch to start another. Our rare cypress fermentation tanks are historically irreplaceable. Some of the planks are more than 100 years old. Cypress was chosen for fermentation before modern stainless steel was available because it didn't contribute iron or taste to the final product. While we don't believe that cypress affects the process in any way, we continue to use some of these fermenters to give our visitors a sense of how the process used to look. Maker's Mark is currently the only operating bourbon distillery to make whisky in batches of less than 19 barrels -- the traditional standard for small-batch whisky.
Hendrick's Gin 1.75LMeet the delightfully curious Hendrick's Gin. Life is simply too glorious not to experience its peculiar flavour, infused with rose and cucumber in our remote Scottish distillery. Seek out those who embrace the unusual, and you'll find that our gin is much loved by a handful of curious individuals all over the world. We invite you to join the merry few.
Absolut Vodka 80 Proof 1.75LAbsolut Vodka is made from winter wheat and water from our own deep well. We use a process called continuous distillation to remove impurities. Absolut Vodka has a rich taste, is smooth and mellow with a distinct character of grain. Introduced in 1979.

A to Z Wineworks Pinot Gris 2015The 2015 A to Z Oregon Pinot Gris offers exuberant aromas of peach, honeysuckle, lime blossom and kiwi, with spicier notes of orange zest, cinnamon, ginger, basil, plum and kumquat emerging in the glass. The palate is ripe and concentrated with lush fruit flavors underpinned by mineral notes and juicy acidity. The lasting impression is one of great purity and intensity, balanced by uplifting juiciness. This Pinot Gris embodies the great 2015 Oregon vintage making for an ideal food or quaffing wine that will drink wonderfully over the next two to five years.
Lionello Marchesi Poggio Alla Sughere Sangiovese 2015The most famous and most noble Tuscan grape is Sangiovese - used to make all the most important wines, either "pure" or in combination with other grape varieties. The Poggio alle Sughere vineyards at Magliano in Toscana produce Sangiovese grapes vinified "pure" - leaving the must on the skins for ten-twelve days and refining the wine for several months in small oak barrels. This wine has a rather intense ruby red colour and an impressive bouquet with hints of ripe cherries. The warm, dry and well-balanced taste means that this wine is an ideal accompaniment for various meat, fish, pasta and rice dishes.
Ferrari-Carano Anderson Valley Pinot Noir 2014This delicious Ferrari-Carano Pinot Noir comes from our three ranches in Anderson Valley, Mendocino County. Aromas of pretty raspberry, cherry, pomegranate, a touch of rose petal, and cola notes fill the senses followed by vibrant flavors of red fruits that jump out on the front palate, while the mid-palate turns to blackberry, plum and spice notes. The finish is fruit driven with lingering flavors of cherry and a spicy touch of toast. A velvety texture and bright acidity create a naturally- balanced wine.
