Tennessee State law prohibits TN retailers from shipping alcohol in or out-of-state. All purchases must be picked up at the store or use our local delivery service.

Local Delivery in Memphis Only
We deliver to the following zip codes in the Memphis area including Germantown and Collierville - 38111, 38117, 38119, 38120, 38138, 38139. If your zip code is not listed, then please email us and we may be able to accommodate. Orders must be placed 48 hours in advance with a minimum of $250 and a $10 delivery fee (fee is waived for orders of $500 or more). Delivery will be scheduled for a mutual agreeable time, date, and place; and is available from 9am-6pm Monday thru Friday. Our drivers do not carry cash and we reserve the right to cancel orders for driver safety reasons.

Age Requirement & Verification
Law prohibits the purchase of alcohol by persons under the age of 21. You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase wine, spirits, or beer. By placing an order through our website, you are representing yourself to us as at least 21 years of age and that the person who is accepting the order is 21 years of age or older. We reserve the right to ask for proof of identity before processing an order. An adult signature with proof of age verification is required for all website orders.

Billing Information
Please note that all credit cards are verified and you must provide a billing address that corresponds to the credit card you are using. If the billing address does not match the credit card, then you will be informed and the order will not be processed until we hear from you.

Discount Policy

Customers purchasing a mixed case may receive a customary 10% Mixed Case Discount on all applicable items. All Sale Items that include 1.75L's sizes of liquor, and 3,4, & 5-Liter sizes of wine are already sold at discounted prices and do not receive further discounts. All bottles purchased count toward mixed case quantity. The online system will automatically present the discounted bottle price on the invoicing screen once the case level is reached. Out of Stock Situations
From time to time we may encounter situations where we run out of an item or items, and are unable to fill an order. In this event, we will contact you to explain the shortage and/or offer a vintage substitution when possible. No change in your order will be made without your approval.

Refund Policy
Our goal is to ensure our customers are satisfied with their orders. Returns are allowed for full refund providing customer can verify receipt and merchandise is not damaged.
